Terms & Payment Conditions

Payment Policy
Payment must be made before participating in any of our activities. No places can be reserved without prior payment.
If a student joins midway through a term, training fees will be prorated accordingly.
Annual registration fees are charged once per client per year and are reduced by 50 AED if paid during the third term.
If payment is not received or a valid reason is not provided within two weeks of the activity start date, Mundial Football Academy reserves the right to cancel the student’s place.
Once a reservation is completed, a confirmation email will be sent and will serve as a receipt.
All prices are based on term fees; individual lessons are not available unless explicitly stated.
No refunds or makeup classes are provided for missed sessions, except as specified. However, if the academy cancels a session, a makeup class will be offered except in cases of force majeure.
Mundial Football Academy follows a general “no refund” policy, although exceptions may be granted at the discretion of management.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• All prices are based on term fees; individual lesson bookings are not allowed unless specified.

• Mundial Football Academy has a general “no refund” policy, with exceptions at the discretion of management.

• No refunds or makeup classes are provided for missed sessions except under circumstances outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

• If the academy cancels a session, a makeup class will be scheduled, except in cases of force majeure.

• Makeup classes cannot be transferred to the following term or refunded if not attended.

• If a student is absent due to illness for three consecutive sessions or more, Mundial Football Academy will provide makeup classes, requiring a medical certificate.

Cancellation policy – full refunds will only be issued in the following cases:

• Serious illness

• Hospitalization and rehabilitation longer than two weeks

Club Terms & Conditions

• Club fees cover training services and are not assigned to individual coaches.

• Continuity of sessions is pursued whenever possible. While we strive to maintain the training schedule, sessions may occasionally be reduced or coaches substituted.

• Fees include school holidays, so members are not entitled to makeup classes during scheduled breaks.

• No refunds or makeup classes are provided for missed sessions except as described on this page.

Makeup Classes
Provided at the discretion of management and apply in the following cases:

• Session cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (coach illness, facility repairs, etc.)

• Session cancelled due to national holidays or unexpected school closures

• Absence of three or more consecutive sessions with a medical certificate

When makeup classes are scheduled, we will attempt to offer as many options as possible, depending on coach availability and student-coach ratio.
Makeup classes will not be granted for reasons such as family holidays, single absences, school exams, or conflicts with other activities.
Makeup classes are non-transferable and must be completed within the same term as the missed session.
Participants are expected to train in their scheduled slots to maintain proper student-coach ratios for optimal individual and collective development.
Any class cancellations will be communicated through our channels as soon as possible. Occasionally, notice may be short due to circumstances beyond our control. Parents are advised to follow our Instagram and keep their email address updated.

Photography Policy

In accordance with Mundial Football Academy safeguarding policies, the use of mobile phone cameras, video cameras, or any recording device is strictly prohibited during sessions. If recording or photography is detected, material must be deleted immediately. This policy may also apply on-field or sidelines at staff discretion.

Mundial Football Academy staff may take photos or videos for training or marketing purposes only, in line with our Terms & Conditions.
If you do not want your child to appear in photos, please notify a staff member.

Privacy Policy

At Mundial Football Academy, we respect your privacy and understand the importance of protecting your data.
Credit/debit card information and personal data will never be sold, shared, rented, or disclosed to third parties.

• Minors under 18 cannot register as site users or perform transactions.

• Payments made through the website are transmitted directly to our payment provider via a secure connection. Multiple charges may appear on the cardholder statement; please keep a copy of all transactions along with Mundial Football Academy payment policies and Terms & Conditions.
